Fulfill artwork requests from Apple Music
Apple Music Connect makes it easy to fulfill requests for publicity photos from Apple Music. If your artist’s content is being considered for featuring on Apple Music, you will receive a media request for publicity photos from Apple.
Admins and marketing managers tied to your Apple Music Connect account will receive and can fulfill a media request if Apple reaches out for publicity photos. You can also assign non-Apple Music Connect users a one-time request to help fulfill the media request.
Receiving a media request
If you are asked to provide publicity photos, you will receive an email with the artist and content that is under consideration to be featured on Apple Music. Click the Upload Media button to submit photos.
The Marketing dashboard in Apple Music Connect will also display all of your open Media Requests, along with their status. Click on any artist in this section to view the details or submit artwork. All requests must be submitted prior to the due date to be considered for featuring on Apple Music.
