Promote albums, songs, and more with custom social assets

Use Promote to commemorate key moments in your artist’s career on social media. Create custom social share cards to announce pre-adds, new album or song releases, and music videos, and encourage fans to favorite an artist on Apple Music. Share promote content on social media platforms, such as Instagram Stories, X, Snapchat, and Facebook, or send custom assets via email. Create static or video assets in multiple colors and sizes that are automatically designed for social media.

Create and customize Promote cards

1. Select the content you want to promote from the Marketing section.
• Use Artist Search to find an artist page.
• Select an artist from Artists with Upcoming Releases.
• Select any content under Releasing This Week.
2. Select the content you want to share, or choose a pre-made card from the Promote section.
3. Select your template.
• Cover Art: Features the cover art from the content.
• Artist Image: Features the artist’s Apple Music profile picture and content cover art.
• Blur: Features the promoted content with a blurred background.
4. Choose a background color.
5. Select one of the supported languages available for your Promote card.
6. Choose the template sizes you want to download. You can choose one of the options below or all three.
• Portrait (1080x1920 pixels)
• Landscape (1300x740 pixels)
• Square (1080x1080 pixels)
7. Click Download Assets to generate the image and video assets for the content you want to promote. Assets may take a few minutes to fully render.
8. Post the assets to social media, on your websites, and in emails and digital advertising.
