Manage users and access

If you are an Admin of a music provider account in iTunes Connect, you will have an Admin role in Apple Music Connect for your organization’s account. Admins have full access to all of the tools in Apple Music Connect, can add or remove new users, and assign them roles.

The Marketing Manager role has access to some of the tools in Apple Music Connect. However, Marketing Managers do not have permissions to add new users to the account or change their role.

How to accept an invite to an Apple Music Connect account

If you have been invited to be a user in Apple Music Connect, you will receive an email inviting you to access the platform.

Click “activate your account” to accept, and you will be directed to sign in to Apple Music Connect using your Apple Account. Your Apple Account must match the email address your invitation was sent to. If you do not have an Apple Account, or want to register your email address that received your invite as an Apple Account, you can create one. You will have three days to accept your invitation to Apple Music Connect before it expires, at which time the account Admin will need to send you a new invitation.

If you were invited but have not received the invitation email, check your junk mail or spam folder in your email inbox. If all else fails, have the Admin of the Apple Music Connect account contact us for further assistance.
